a.   How do I create an account?

Click on “Create Goo2o Id” and follow the steps that proceed. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private.

 

b.   I forgot my password

Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password?”
Clicking on that link will send an email to you to reset your password.

 

c.    I have received the wrong product

If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.

a.    Has my order shipped?

Click on “my purchases” under my account to check your orders status.

 

b.   How do I track my order?

Login with your goo2o id and click on “My purchases” under “my account” to track your order.

 

3.      Payment related

 

a.   Is it safe to transact through credit card?

We use the latest encryption technology and other methods to protect your credit card information and it is completely safe to transact through credit card.

 

b.   What is cash on delivery?

With this payment option you can place an order and make      payment when you receive your order.

 

c.   Can I make payment through demand draft?

No, we currently do not provide this facility.

a.   Do you deliver to locations outside India?

We do not deliver to locations outside India currently.

 

b.   When will my order ship and what are the shipping charges?

You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.

 

c.   What about warranty and hidden costs?

There are absolutely no extra taxes, hidden costs or additional shipping charges. The price mentioned on the website on the order confirmation page is what you have to pay and is the final price. What you see is what you pay. Our prices are ALL inclusive.

a.   How do I redeem a gift certificate?

You must have a gift certificate code that you can use while checkout for redemption.

 

b.    How do I use a coupon?
